Phillip Arroyo, Director of Federal Affairs for the New Progressive Party (NPP) Youth, and Laura Maristany present a video discussing the Puerto Rico Democracy Act, and why the time for action to resolve Puerto Rico’s political status problem is now. 

The video also showcases an interview with Congressman Luis G. Fortuño, Puerto Rico’s Resident Commissioner to the United States Congress.  Fortuño is a former President of the Puerto Rico Statehood Students Association (1980-1981) and is currently the 2008 NPP gubernatorial nominee in the upcoming 2008 Puerto Rican general elections.
